Our Garden – Rochester Permaculture Center

In January 2011, the folks at Seeking Common Ground agreed to make the Rochester Permaculture Center (RPC) one of their programs.  We hope that this collaboration between Barefoot Edible Landscape and Permaculture and Seeking Common Ground will create opportunities to expand our work through additional funding sources.  In true permaculture form, this collaboration will unfold slowly as this urban/suburban/forest edge site is developed into a living education center.

What can you look for?
As a physical space, RPC is growing into a living demonstration and education site modeling its mission and serving the Greater Rochester/Genesee Valley Community.

RPC as an institution will continue to develop an extensive class offering and community activities in accordance with its mission.

More information can be found here.

Mission:  Rochester Permaculture Center, a program of Seeking Common Ground, is dedicated to exploring, modeling, and inspiring more conscious, sustainable, and restorative ways of life through the application of permaculture and other regenerative design techniques and principles.
